It has been a struggle and a super steep learnign curve but with the help and patience of some awesome people i have got the site up.
At the moment it will just be used for news but coming real soon(when i learn some more) will be some feature articles and filling the empty pages.

I have been wanting to go take photos of bands for a long time now and finally got to do it last night when Jared invited em along to see one of his friends band called The Jonestown Syndicate. The set was short and sweet, not muck of a crowd but it was Wyong on a saturday afternoon after all so all the locals were already passed out in the back garden as usual. It was still good regardless as it had been a while since i had seen any bands.
Damon, the singer is also a shredder on the bike so we hit up Slam after which was packed which makes it more fun and interesting.

Apparently there is a "bmx jam" this sunday 11th november singleton skatepark. I have never been there but Pople swears there is a good hip there so it might be worth checking out. See what happenes eh.

....Aus just in time for the shit weather.

Zombie Mike with the Hop Comp trophy

The weekend was awesome except the rain.
The rain did clear up though for one day for the ZombieBMX.com hop comp. I actually got sun burned. We threw together a sweet flatbank/lander dubbed the "Die Zombie" ramp and it actually made it through the whole day. The In'n'Out ramp was in effect with peps shredding that all day. In the hop comp, 43 inches was the end result by Simon Palmer. It was a battle for the top spot but Simon took the glory. I was stoked and suprised to hop the 41" mark myself which was way more then i thought i could hop haha.
A In'n'Out comp was put on after the hop comp with Louis Bolter taking that out with sweet high speed 180's out and all other sorts of things. Next up was a few rounds of Foot down which was awesome. Smashing day had by all thanks to Zombie Mike, 666 Mike, Sophie for holding the store for us, Redbull for the beats and shade and everyone else involved.

Next up was the 666NZ product showing in a art gallery we hired out. The night was a huge hit with a bunch of peps showing up(mainly to drink the free beer i reckon). Everyone seemed to be stoked on the 08 stuff and the new Fremont clothing and Forgotten Bikes completes.

I went to the trails last thursday and tried to snap some pics of the boys. I was pushed for time and shitting myself with the thought of trying the new line they had running there so i messed up the pics but decided to throw a few up anyways. I need a ladder for the trails i think cause they go way too high and these pics do no justice.

She wil be adding more and more all the time so guys, show your girls(or maybe yourselves, im not one to judge) and get on it. Cheap as chips mate and she has done a awesome job.

.....was bloody awesome. The DVD itself was amazing like i expected. I think its possibly the greatest video to come out of AUS to date and for a while to come. All street and all awesome. It will be available in a week or so for purchase from all good BMX supporting bike shops or direct from the Coops man himself via www.focalpointbmx.com.
Massive thanks for C-bizzle and the FP boys for slaving their guts out filming the DVD. You can tell a lot of work went into making it. Sweet editing by Leon and Coops also. As a huge fan of the top load stem, when i was searching for a particular stem awhile back i couldnt find one, so i had to settle for a animal top load until now. The other day Jared(from below) pointed me to a ebay page with a whole bunch of brand new S&M challenger stems, the very stem i had been looking for. Stoked to say the least. I'm pretty certain between a few of the trail dogs we bought them all off the guy haha.

....took place yesterday. Started in the bush where we got into a little mischeif trying to battle a puddle which we tested the depth of it and it wasnt that deep(must have tested a high spot) but turns out it was haha. Luckily Nick was their to snatch us out before the cab took on too much water.

Zombie hop comp and 666 Product showing...

.... is happening again.
On the 3rd of November behind Triplesix NZ HQ there will be the second annual ZombieBMX hop comp and BBQ. 11am - 3pm. Go get your hop on and have a nibble on the in'n'out ramp and im sure there will be a few more
obsticles to play around on.
Following the hop comp will be the showing of all the new 666 products including WeThePeople, Lotek, Fly Bikes, Macneil and all the other brands and also introducing Forgotten Bike Co. and Fremont clothing. The showing will be taking place at the Disrupt Gallery with a DJ and food and drinks etc.... and a Ol' Skool and fixed gear bike display as well.

Mr Nathan Searle got himself a new car(after loosing the laser in the floods and then the dual cab hilux to him running up the butt of a commo) in the form of a hilux 4x4. So today saw its first proper test run in the bush. He got her stuck in a fuck off size hole that didnt have a bottom from what we could see,
but luckily back up was there. Then it was onto fun in the mud.
